Frozen Apple Cider

- 8 oz. Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5 cups Water
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 McIntosh Apple
- 1 Crimson Scrumptious Apple
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple
- 1 Star Anise Pod
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 1 bag Chai Tea
Preparation
- Simmer sugar, water, apples, and star anise in a medium saucepan on the range for two hours.
- Take away from warmth and let cool for 20 minutes.
- Add lemon, Chai tea, and Jack Daniel’s to the combination.
- Utilizing a nice strainer, pressure out all solids into glass of alternative.
- Take pleasure in heat or freeze in an ice cream maker for a slushy model.

- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Pear Triple Syrup*
- 1 tsp. Allspice Dram
- 3 drops Thyme Tincture*
- Pebble Ice
- Membership Soda, to prime
Preparation
- When able to serve, use a nice strainer and pour the pear triple syrup right into a shaker.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, allspice dram, thyme tincture, and pebble ice to the shaker and shake till all components are mixed.
- Function pour the combination right into a glass of alternative and prime with membership soda.
*Pear Triple Syrup Recipe

- 8 oz. Water
- 6 oz. Diced Pear
- 6 oz. Honey
- 2 oz. Sugar
- 5 oz. Agave Nectar
Preparation
- Add all components to a 1 1/2 quart saucepan and produce to a simmer.

**Thyme Tincture Recipe

- 50g Recent Thyme Leaves
- 50g Dried Thyme Leaves
- 400g 100 Proof Vodka

- Add all components to a sealed mason jar.
- Place mason jar on counter for one week.
