Produced in Romagna’s Predappio sub-region, this wine is a basic from Drei Donà .The family-owned vineyard is a member of FIVI , the Italian Federation of Unbiased Winegrowers, and so they farm with natural ideas. To extend their dedication to sustainable agriculture, the household is now introducing draft horses for work within the vineyards, to exchange machines.

Made with 100% sangiovese grapes this Romagna wine is kind of completely different from close by Tuscan sangiovese types. This wine has aromas of sunshine leather-based and inexperienced herbs, and brilliant berry fruit on the palate, tending towards blueberry. On the end-palate some darkish crimson fruit taste seems, together with fine-grain tannins. The wine has a shortish end, and total a really nice, lifted really feel. It’s beautiful when evenly chilled. Greatest paired with dishes of greens, fish, mild meat or fowl.
