Cape Colada

Cape Colada Cocktail

Elements:

  • 2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • ¾ oz. vodka
  • ¾ oz. peach-flavored schnapps
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. candy and bitter combine
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Preparation: Mix for 60 seconds and garnish with a pineapple.

 


 

Coconut Daiquiri

Coconut Daiquiri Cocktail

Elements:

  • 1 ½ oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • 1 ½ oz. rum
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation: Combine in blender till clean.

 


 

Mimosa Lopez

Lopez Mimosa

Elements:

  • 2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • 3 oz. champagne

Preparation: Combine till clean. Serve over ice.
