Reservations for French Cider Tour 2022
Started in 1939 when Marcel Pacory purchased 20 hectres of land with what was known as a forest of apple and pears timber. Marcel had three sons Paul, Claude & Marcel and three daughters who had been all concerned within the operations of the farm which produced each milk merchandise and cider/poiré.
In the present day, Claude’s son Frédéric Pacory runs cidermaking after his father retired in 1989. The farm is licensed natural. There are over 100 hectres (200+ acres) with 800 pear tree and 600 apple timber. All of the timber are normal measurement.
Spouse Catherine and son Simon additionally work on the farm.
