As June ends, we’d prefer to say goodbye to Pleasure Month with a couple of celebratory cocktails.
The resident mixologists on the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort have crafted a collection of Pleasure-inspired cocktails from a fizzy gin and lychee cocktail named Equality to a fruity Pleasure Cooler, these libations supply one thing for everybody.
Equality
Created by Bartender Marc Kelly
Substances:
- 2 ozThe Violet Fog Gin
- 0.5 ozBolls Lychee
- 1 ozlime juice
- 1/2 ozOrgeat (Almond) Syrup
- 2 muddled mandarins
- 1 egg white
Preparation: Muddle mandarins in backside of shaker tin. Mix components in shaker with ice. Shake, pressure right into a rocks glass.

Substances:
- 2 ozZapaca rum
- 1 1/2 ozCoconut water
- 1 spoon of strawberry jam
- 1 spoon of peach jam
- 1/2 ozlime juice
- Topped with whipped cream
Preparation: Mix components in shaker tin. Shake, pressure into wine glass with ice. High with whipped cream.
From King to Queen

- 1/2 ozMalibu Coconut Rum
- 1/4 ozRed Grenadine
- 1/4 ozBlue Curacao
- recent pineapple juice
Preparation: Construct components in cocktail glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange slice and flower.
Pleasure Cooler

- 1/4 ozLychee Liquor
- 3/4 ozPassion Fruit syrup
- pineapple juice
