Auchentoshan 21 yo 2000/2021 (58.3%, Signatory Classic, bourbon, cask #800027, 163 bottles) 
Color: gentle gold. Nostril: this one’s uncooked, with lots of varnish and even glue at first sniffs, then mercurochrome, contemporary paint and putty… Somewhat kiwi, lime and rhubarb juice within the background, so very inexperienced certainly, however not too positive.
