This seasonal dram is critically dedicated to soot! The palate delivers the final word distillation of Islay: Bonfire ashes and wealthy earthiness are balanced by a toasted marshmallow sweetness, and while these winter days could also be brief, the end is satisfyingly lengthy. Produced from a shovelful of Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskies together with malts distilled at Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol ila and Port Ellen. Pure color and non-chill filtered.
