On completion, the brand new £13million distillery will produce everything of the present Scapegrace portfolio of super-premium gin and vodka alongside its soon-to-be-released single malt whisky.
Positioned on Lake Dunston on the South Island, the model has claimed that the situation supplies the right local weather and water high quality for producer spirits.
