The week of January thirtieth – February 4th was filled with cider associated occasions all based mostly in Chicago. CiderCon, the annual convention hosted by the American Cider Affiliation kicked off on Tuesday the thirty first with Cider Excursions. On this chat Ria took two excursions: the Bronzeville Tour within the morning and the Historic Tavern Tour within the afternoon.
On Wednesday the first of February workshops started and Ria interviewed upcoming company on Cider Chat!
Later that very same day the Cider Share is held, which is a time for industrial makers to style a bevy of ciders from fellow makers.
