Maison Billecart-Salmon has unveiled its 2008 classic, Nicolas François, a mix of nice Crus from the categorised vineyards of Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs.
The vinification of the discharge was partially in conventional oak casks, and is a mirrored image of Billecart-Salmon’s ancestral savoir-faire in mixing.
The cuvée has existed since 1964 and pays tribute to the founding father of the home.
Aditionally, with Billecart-Salmon’s new digital instrument, My Origin, a six-digit code on the again label of the bottle permits consumers to study extra in regards to the launch.
