What we’re mixing:
Patrón Paloma
Components:
45ml Patrón Reposado Tequila
90ml recent grapefruit juice
15ml agava syrup (1:1)
15ml recent lime juice
30ml glowing water
1 pinch of salt
Grapefruit wedge garnish
Salt rim (elective)
Technique:
Shake all elements, besides glowing water, over ice and pressure right into a Collin’s glass rimmed with salt. High with glowing water, stir gently and garnish with grapefruit wedge.
