The Excellent Mix is not only a cocktail competitors. Throughout Australia and New Zealand, regional finalists have interaction in an immersive expertise that’s distinctive to their state and gives an academic element to the cocktail problem.
Our SA/NT finalists have been handled to a day at The Watervale Lodge and Penobscot Farm, 2 hours north-east of Adelaide CBD, to study sustainability and regenerative farming.
