Our Drink of the Week is the Natsu Bitter from Omakase Shoji

Omakase Shoji, Chicago’s newest omakase vacation spot, presents the Natsu Bitter—a cocktail that completely blends Japanese custom with fashionable aptitude.

This refreshing drink options Haku Vodka, crafted from 100% Japanese white rice and filtered via bamboo charcoal, providing a clean and subtly candy profile. Paired with the candy, melon-forward notes of Midori liqueur, and the creamy texture offered by egg white, the Natsu Bitter delivers a balanced and invigorating expertise. Completed with a contact of lemon and mint syrup, it’s a cocktail that embodies the essence of the final lingering days of summer time.
