We Three, a neighbourhood bar on Marrickville’s Illawarra Street, is run by the mother-daughter duo Catherine and Ali Gibson Roy. Housed in a former bubble tea store, it brings collectively good wine and Mediterranean-inspired plates in a setting filled with heritage appeal.
