The Irish Constructed Manhattan
Elements
- 1 half Powers Irish Rye
- 1 half Resort Starlino Vermouth
- 1 tsp. Marasca syrup
- Resort Starlino Marashino Cherry (for garnish)
Preparation
- Add whiskey, vermouth, and marasca syrup to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir properly till well-chilled.
- Pressure into a calming coupe glass.
- Garnish with cherries.
Breakfast of Champions

- 1 1/2 oz. Powers Irish Whiskey
- 1 espresso liqueur of selection
- 1/2 oz. Pasilla mixe chili liqueur (I used Amaltepec)
- 1/2 oz. vanilla honey
- High with scorching espresso
Preparation
- Shaken with orange twist in shaker tin, strained into toddy glass high with espresso of selection.
- Garnish with grated cinnamon.
