Cantera Negra is additive-free and celebrity-free tequila comprised of 100% totally mature blue weber agave, sourced from volcanic soil. Their portfolio of tequilas contains Silver, Reposado, Añejo and Further Añejo, and so they even have Café, a premium espresso liqueur. The namesake is derived from the black volcanic rock present in soil of the agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico, the place the agave for the tequila is hand-selected and harvested.Their Further Añejo is aged for 36 months in bourbon and cognac casks. GSN’s Remarks: Scrumptious aroma within the glass with a great deal of wooden, vanilla bean, toffee, mild espresso, younger leather-based, toasted hazelnut and bittersweet chocolate. On the palate, there may be an ultra-smooth entry resulting in extra dessert-like flavors of tiramisu, cocoa powder and toffee.
