Fruit! Pineapple! Occasion! Pineapple is without doubt one of the most complimentary fruits that may be added to beer. It’s tart, refreshing, clear, and tropical. It’s sometimes present in beers like Berliner Weiss and wheat beers (like we have now examples of on the present this week), however will also be utilized in cider, kombucha, and cocktails. This week, Tim introduced a wide range of pineapple-infused drinks that display how versatile the fruit could be.
