Little duos, at present Outdated Rhosdhu

Outdated Rhosdhu 5 yo (40%, OB, +/-2005) 
Deliciously ‘no efforts’ so far as design and packaging had been involved. A really humble bottle by Glen Katrine, I do not assume we have ever been making enjoyable of it, having stated that, because it’s at all times been grime low cost. Color: gold. Nostril: English breakfast tea, tinned tender corn, sawdust, sunflower oil, overripe apple and grocery store truffles. Mouth: no, a little bit onerous. Synthetic vanilla, sawdust, drops of cologne, bottled apple juice and simply cardboard. Fascinating saltiness within the aftertaste – nicely, it does set off a saltiness in your tongue. End: quick, with a little bit sugar, sawdust and extra bottled apple juice. Molasses honey within the aftertaste, in addition to a little bit cleaning soap. Feedback: sits at a pivotal level in my tasting guide. Not good, not dangerous, drinkable, forgettable, form of trustworthy. And it’s a single Highland malt!

Outdated Rhosdhu 29 yo 1990/2020 (48.2%, WhiskyNerds and Wu Dram Clan, refill hogshead, cask #416, 346 bottles) 
Color: mild gold. Nostril: good uncommon enjoyable, with whiffs of bicycle interior tube, bidis and patchouli at first (would please any previous hippies), then cream cheese and mangos about to begin to rot. We’re nearly in Goa! Severely, it is an uncommon however very good nostril, very pleasantly completely different. Notes of IPA and citrusy hops as nicely. Mouth: glorious, very fruity, tropical, with simply touches of camphor, rubber and eucalyptus that do generate some beautiful dissonances on this one. In any other case, bananas, mangos, ardour fruits and guavas, this drop is Membership Med prepared (that is the place previous hippies go, which is nice timing). End: medium, very fruity, with a little bit extra menthol over ripe bananas. Feedback: the place have my put my previous Delicate Machine and Gong LPs? Particularly Gong’s Flying Teapot?
