- 2 oz Laird’s Applejack
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Barspoon Apricot Jam (retailer purchased)
- ½ oz Ginger Syrup (Fiji Ginger syrup/the ginger folks)
- Splash of Campari

- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Aloe Vera Water
