DAVIS, Calif., June 30, 2022…The American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) awarded 25 scholarship recipients $108,000 in monetary assist in order that they’ll pursue scientific analysis and development in enology or viticulture.
“As in previous years, the 2022 purposes have been actually inspiring. The innovation, creativity, and sheer breadth of analysis they signify makes it clear that these future leaders will push our business to new and sudden locations. One notable recipient, Bernadette Gagnier of Washington State College, Prosser, obtained the ASEV Presidents’ Award for Scholarship in Viticulture, ASEV’s high scholarship. Gagnier was awarded $12,500 for exceeding expectations of the conventional ASEV scholarship program in addition to demonstrating her management capability.
