This new sparkler is a part of Sonoma-Cutrer’s Winemaker’s Launch line and consists of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. There’s nothing to not like right here, kicking off with a reasonably and vibrant assault that bursts with floral notes, backed by hints of strawberry. Rose-infused vanilla notes linger on the end, together with a contact of bracing saline and a squeeze of orange oil to maintain issues extraordinarily recent. Pairs completely with sushi.
