From NYC’s latest Italian restaurant, Amarena, comes Casa Julian, a refreshing tequila and campari cocktail.
The drink is a mix of Italian and Mexican cultures – closely influenced by Chef and restaurant proprietor, Chef Julian Medina, who was born and raised in Mexico, and now lives within the melting pot of NYC and loves Italian tradition.
Chef Julian Medina crafted this pleasant drink after his summer season travels to Italy, impressed by al fresco Joyful Hours in Rome. The ginger and lemon syrup add a burst of freshness, and the cucumber infuses a light-weight, refreshing contact.
