Positioned on the bottom stage of the brand new Hyatt Centric Austin is Luminaire, a full-service restaurant led by Chef Steve McHugh.

- 2 oz. 400 Conejos Mezcal
- .75 oz. Lime
- .25 oz. Agave Syrup
- 1.5 oz. Grapefruit
- 1 Massive Ice Dice
- 1 Serrano Slice
- 1 Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
Preparation
- Torch rosemary and seize in glass.
- Add all Substances.
- Shake and pressure.
- High with soda.
- Add a torched rosemary sprig to glass as garnish.
