Casa Convite, Oaxaca’s hottest native model of Mezcal, is launching a bartender alternate program designed to carry American bartenders to Oaxaca to dwell, work, and learn to make Mezcal.
You’re going to get the chance to dwell and work from Casa Convite in downtown Oaxaca as a part of their immersive Bartender Residency. In alternate for room, board, and a once-in-a-lifetime expertise to make Mezcal, you may be requested to work brief shifts at Convite’s bar and educate one grasp class for Oaxacan bartenders. This expertise is like no different within the business!
Day 1: Journey into Oaxaca and Meet the Workforce
Day 2: Go to the Market, Strive Oaxacan Meals, and Visitor Bartending Shift (7-11 pm)
Day 3: Go to the Palenque, Make Mezcal and Dinner at a Native Favourite
Day 4: Museo Gran Cochinilla Tour, Grasp Class Session, Mezcal Grasp Class with Jorge Vera with Particular Tasting and One Extra Visitor Bartending Shift
Day 5: Monte Albán Tour, Sporting Occasion
Day 6: Tour Agave Fields, Make Mezcal with the Consultants
Day 7: Journey Residence
