Substances:

  • 11/2 ozE11even Vodka
  • 1 ozpassion fruit liqueur
  • 1/2 ozlemon juice
  • 1/2 ozeasy syrup
  • 1 ½ ozPineapple Coconut water
  • Pineapple leaf (for garnish)

Preparation: Add components to a mixing tin. Add ice and shake till chilled. Pressure over contemporary ice, garnish.

Substances:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Dried hibiscus-infused E11even Vodka*
  • 1/2 oz. contemporary lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Yuzu juice
  • 3/4 oz. Jasmine-infused Guava easy syrup**
  • 1/4 oz. Chinola Passionfruit liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. Cocchi
  • Americano

Preparation: Shake, double pressure, served up. Add all components to a tin and shake till properly chilled. Double pressure right into a coupe. Float an edible flower on prime.

*Hibiscus vodka infusion: add 1 heaping TBSP of dried hibiscus petals to eight oz. Vodka and infuse in a single day. Pressure off petals when desired taste is achieved.

**Jasmine-Guava easy syrup:  
Dissolve 1 cup of white sugar in 4 oz. of scorching water. 
Add 10-12 micro-Jasmine flowers to syrup and stir. 
Add 1 cup of Maaza Guva juice and 1 ozfresh lemon juice and stir till all flavors mix. Infuse in a single day. Pressure off flowers when desired taste is achieved.

 

 

Strawberry Saturn Spritz

  • 1 1/2 ozE11even Vodka
  • 1/2 ozPassion Fruit Purée
  • 1/2 ozStrawberry Purée
  • 3/4 ozAlmond Orgeat
  • 3/4 ozLemon Juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura

Preparation: Shake all components with ice and pressure into glass over contemporary ice. Strawberry Purée: frozen strawberries, blended.

  • 1/2 ozPassionfruit syrup
  • 3/4 ozLemon juice
  • 3/4 ozPineapple juice

Preparation: Add all components to a shaker tin, add ice, shake for 10-12 seconds. Open pour into double rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds.

  • 3/4 ozPassion Fruit Puree
  • 3/4 ozSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 ozWhite Tea
  • 1/2 ozOloroso Sherry

Preparation: Mix E11even vodka, puree, and sweetened condensed milk right into a mixing tin with out ice and dry shake. Pour mixed combination right into a Collins glass High with crushed ice till glass is filled with us. Garnish with a smacked mint spring and sherry float.

  • 3/4 ozUmeshu
  • 3/4 ozCream of Coconut
  • 3/4 ozLime Juice
  • 2 ozSoda Water
  • Lime Wheel (for garnish)

Preparation: Add all components apart from soda to a shaker tin. Shake with ice 10-12 seconds. Add 2oz soda water to the tin, then open pour right into a Footed Pilsner, Poco Grande, or Collins Glass.
