- 1/2 oz. contemporary lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Yuzu juice
- 3/4 oz. Jasmine-infused Guava easy syrup**
- 1/4 oz. Chinola Passionfruit liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Cocchi
- Americano
Preparation: Shake, double pressure, served up. Add all components to a tin and shake till properly chilled. Double pressure right into a coupe. Float an edible flower on prime.
*Hibiscus vodka infusion: add 1 heaping TBSP of dried hibiscus petals to eight oz. Vodka and infuse in a single day. Pressure off petals when desired taste is achieved.
**Jasmine-Guava easy syrup: Dissolve 1 cup of white sugar in 4 oz. of scorching water. Add 10-12 micro-Jasmine flowers to syrup and stir. Add 1 cup of Maaza Guva juice and 1 ozfresh lemon juice and stir till all flavors mix. Infuse in a single day. Pressure off flowers when desired taste is achieved.
