Components:

Components:

  • 2 oz Smoked Lab Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut-Chai Syrup*

Preparation: Place all liquid substances into cocktail shaker. Add Ice and Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Dump all substances into empty Collins glass. High off with recent pebbled Ice. Garnish with Pineapple Fronds, Lemon, and Pineapple Phase.

 

*Coconut-Chai Syrup

Components:

  • 
1 cup Coconut puree
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 
1 cup Chai tea

Preparation: Place tea, coconut puree into pot. Warmth to Delicate Boil. Add sugar and stir till fully dissolved. Pull off range, and place in cool space. Retailer in Fridge till prepared to make use of.

Components:

  • 2 oz Ghee washed Anise Smoke Lab Vodka*

  • 1/2 oz Chai Masala Easy Syrup**
  • 1/4 oz Turmeric Syrup***

Preparation: Mix all substances in shaker tin and shake exhausting with ice. Pressure into chilled glassware. Garnish with dehydrated lemon with borage flower on high.

 

*Ghee Washed Aniseed Vodka

  • 4 oz pureed pineapple
  • 2 oz sugar
  • 1 oz champagne vinegar
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 tbsp. cloves

Preparation: Add all substances into mason jar and shake sometimes till sugar dissolves. As soon as syrup varieties, pressure out solids, bottle, and refrigerate.

  • 1 oz Grand Marnier

Preparation:  Add all substances shake and double pressure into quaint glass over massive dice. Garnish with dehydrated orange slice.

*Orange, cardamom infused pistachio orgeat

Components:

  • 6 oz finely chopped pistachio
  • 8 cardamom pods
  • Peels of two oranges
  • 3 oz sugar

Preparation: Carry to a boil and pressure.
