
After the success of its Bondi counterpart, Chuck Trailer’s is opening a sister venue within the CBD. Set to open at 36 York Road this month, the brand new venue affords a two-story area, daring flavours, late-night leisure, and an environment that doesn’t take itself too critically.
Co-founders Ben Campbell and Brendan Darcy say the enlargement was inevitable. “Bondi all the time felt a bit of too polished for us, so Chuck’s was actually us creating a spot we needed to drink at. Seems, everybody else needed that too. Now, we’re bringing that very same power to town – a spot that’s been crying out for one thing with a bit extra grit,” mentioned Campbell.
Funded by Northern Hospitality, the group behind the late Neighbourhood Bondi, and Chuck Trailer’s unique venue, the CBD enlargement is popping up the quantity. The kitchen will hearth up from noon till late, seven days every week, with buying and selling hours extending till 4am from Thursday to Saturday.
Set to formally open on Thursday 13 March at 8pm, the launch will characteristic stay performances from Birdman, Naked Bones, Rick Harmful & the Silkie Bantams, and Neptune Energy Federation.
