Be Inclusive Hospitality (BIH) is a not-for-profit organisation, born out of the shortage of illustration of Black, Asian and minority teams in any respect ranges of the hospitality, meals & drink business. Based by Lorraine Copes in 2020, its mission is to speed up racial fairness within the business.
