Components:
- 2 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 3 oz champagne
Preparation: Combine till easy. Serve over ice.
Coconut Daiquiri
Components:
- 1 1/2 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 cup ice
Preparation: Combine in blender till easy.
Cape Colada

- 2 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
- 3/4 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz peach-flavored schnapps
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz candy and bitter combine
- 2 cups crushed ice
Preparation: Mix for 60 seconds and garnish with pineapple.
