Matcha Tea Highball

Components:
- 1 1/2 oz. Hatozaki Most interesting Whisky
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. matcha tea powder
- Membership soda, to prime
Preparation: Mix whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, and matcha powder in a shaker. Fill with ice and shake till chilled. Pressure right into a highball glass full of ice. High with membership soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
