Elements:
40ml Martell VS Cognac
20ml freshly brewed filter espresso
20ml sugar syrup (2:1)
Chocolate garnish (no less than 70% cocoa)
Technique:
Shake the Martell VS, espresso and sugar syrup over ice and pressure into a relaxing glass. Sprinkle liberally with very finely grated chocolate.
