HERSHEY, Pennsylvania – Tröegs Impartial Brewing declares the discharge of its As soon as-A-Yr hazy double IPA, Hop Cyclone.
Hop Cyclone’s haze begins with a grain invoice of pilsner malt, Vienna malt and wheat, which helps prop up hop oils that might usually fall out throughout fermentation.
The hop mixture of Citra, Sabro, Simcoe and Sultana conjures notes of ripe pineapple, mushy citrus and juicy peach, whereas London 3 yeast ferments this huge Double IPA and bolsters its tropical notes.
Hop Cyclone takes its title from a dry-hopping system the Hershey, PA-based brewery has employed for near a decade. This practice piece of brewing gear vigorously circulates hops via the fermenter to make sure the hop oils hit each final drop of beer.
The artwork for Hop Cyclone was designed by Artwork of Tröegs alum Devin Watson. “For the Hop Cyclone label, I imagined these groovy 60’s hop graphics and seeing them swirl throughout the can,” mentioned Watson.
Weighing in at 9% ABV, Hop Cyclone Hazy Double IPA is offered on draft and in 16oz cans in all places Tröegs beer is bought.
