Twelve bartenders to compete for the Fortunella Bitter Competitors prime prize on April twenty fifth
The entry deadline for Fortunella Liqueur’s Bitter Competitors handed final week, and since then the manufacturers creator, Lukas Stafin, has been exhausting at work judging the entries – no small process as over 100 bartenders submitted a recipe. Initially the plan was for 10 rivals to be invited to compete within the ultimate at Opium later this month, however such was the usual that Lukas has chosen 12 bartenders to participate.
The ultimate, going down in April twenty fifth at Opium in London, will see the winner obtain £500, with second and third place taking residence £250 and £100 respectively. Many thanks go to everybody who took the effort and time to enter the competitors, and congratulations to the twelve who made it by to the ultimate. Better of luck on the day…
