• 1.5 oz. Roe & Co
• 2 tsp Gentle Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Brewed Espresso (scorching* or chilly**)
• Whipped Cream

Preparation

1. *HOT: Add Scorching espresso and sugar, stir and blend properly. As soon as mixed, add the Roe & Co Irish Whiskey.

2. Add crushed ice to the highest.
3. Prime with contemporary soda water and stir as soon as extra.
