Komos Cantarito
Elements:
- 2 oz Komos Añejo Cristalino
- 1 oz recent squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 oz recent squeezed lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz recent squeezed lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Prime with Mexican grapefruit soda
Preparation: Add all elements besides soda over ice in your most well-liked vessel (ideally a jarrito de barro) and stir nicely to mix. Prime with Mexican grapefruit soda.
