NoMAD Eggnog by Leo Robitschek

NoMAD Eggnog Recipe (serves 20)

Components:
6 eggs, separated

32 oz milk
2 oz Frangelico
4 oz Chivas 12 yr
6 oz Michters bourbon
6 oz Martell Cognac
6 oz Havana Membership Selecion de Maestros rum
1 entire nutmeg

Technique:
Place the egg whites in a 5-quart bowl and the egg yolks in a separate 5-quart bowl. Add 6 ounces of the sugar to the bowl with egg yolks, then whisk till the yolks flip pale yellow and thicken. Whisk within the cream, adopted by the milk, Frangelico, whisky, bourbon,Cognac, and rum. Grate the nutmeg excessive and whisk till mixed.Add 2 ounces of sugar to the egg whites and whisk till stiff peaks kind. Slowly whisk within the egg yolk–spirits combination.
