Mouth: a brief burst of tart fruits (lime, grapefruit, pears), rapidly adopted by mint, natural teas, mild resinous notes and extra walnuts. Faint mustardy notes and inexperienced chlorophyll. Chalky dryness and leather-based. Leafy notes and dried grass, in opposition to a background of coastal notes.
