Preparation

  • Garnish with Burnt Rosemary Spring



Preparation

  1. On a wine glass add cranberry juice, orange juice, maple syrup and ice, prime it off with lime-yuzu fever tree, stir flippantly to maintain coloration shades, add rosemary springs and burn with a torch.


A candy and tangy mixture of Lyre’s London N/A Gin, pear purée, lime, and honey syrup.

Preparation

  • .5  ouncesorange juice
  • .25 ouncesGrand Marnier
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Apple Slice & Rosemary Sprig



Preparation

  1. Add all elements to a shaker tin and shake vigorously with ice.
  2. Pressure and serve in a coupe glass.
  3. High with a dehydrated apple slice and rosemary sprig.


A comfy mix of Ketel One Vodka, housemade vanilla syrup, crème de menthe, cream, and a contact of cardamom bitters.









Winter’s Kiss

  1. Add all elements to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake properly till chilled.
  3. Pressure right into a glass and serve.
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
