Lunar, the Brooklyn-based, Asian onerous seltzer model behind final yr’s Pineapple Cake and Canh Chua-inspired onerous seltzers, has introduced the second installment of their culinary-focused Lunar Heritage Line.
Lunar has partnered with three extra native NYC eating places: Michelin star-awarded Jeju Noodle Bar, James Beard semifinalist Win Son, and rising celebrity Bonnie’s. The “Sundown Version” of their Heritage Line options three limited-edition flavors: Mint Omija, Teresa Teng and Salted Kumquat.
Mint Omija is impressed by omija-cha, a summertime Korean tea comprised of the schisandra berry.
Teresa Teng is a seltzer tackle Win Son’s Teresa Teng cocktail, an homage to “Asia’s Queen of Pop,” that includes a mix of crisp cucumber and spice.
Salted Kumquat is impressed by a conventional Chinese language chilly treatment that makes use of kumquats preserved in salt and sugar.
Every onerous seltzer is 130 energy and 4.7% ABV.
