Lustau Vermut Dry is made with manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in a damp microclimate with the ocean breeze from on the estuary of the Gudalquivir river. A fragile but complicated manzanilla, very dry and saline, giving a singular character to this vermouth. Alongside a cautious choice of botanicals, it turns into the best alternative so as to add a contact of distinction to the best cocktails.
GSN’s Remarks: Frivolously spiced, natural nostril hovering over a dry white wine base. The salinity comes via, however doesn’t overwhelm.
