For hundreds of years, Rock Samphire has been acknowledged as a premium garnish and is incessantly used at the perfect Michelin-starred eating places in Europe, as it isn’t grown in the US. Clonakilty Distillery is the primary firm to ever legally import a product containing rock samphire to the US (taking up a 12 months to get accepted by the FDA!).
Minke Irish Gin’s base spirit is whey alcohol produced from cow’s milk straight from the distillery’s household farm and native farmers. Bottled at 43.2% ABV, Minke Gin consists of elements comparable to juniper, lavender, lemon, lime, sea salt, aniseed, cardamom, orange, grapefruit and crimson peppercorn.
GSN’s Remarks: A gentle mouthfeel with a citrus greeting on the entry. Because it develops, there are some excessive notes of juniper and spice. The florality is available in on the tail finish, with the lavendar including a cooling impact.
