S’mores Cocktail
Components:
- 1 1/2 oz Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Koskenkorva Vodka
- 3/4 oz Vanilla Liqueur
- 1/2 oz graham cracker-infused mezcal*
- 1/2 oz half and half
Preparation: If desired, rim glass with chocolate syrup and crushed up graham cracker. Mix all in a shaker with ice. Shake and pressure into coupe. Garnish with marshmallow if desired, and brûlée.
*Graham Cracker Mezcal:
Pour 1/2 cup mezcal over 1 graham cracker in a jar or container with lid. Let sit for quarter-hour, after which place into freezer for at the least half-hour. Pressure out graham cracker with a high-quality mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
