Chocolate Espresso Muertini
Components
- 1.5 oz Gracias a Dios Espadín Mezcal
- ½ oz Agave
- 1 shot Double Espresso
- 1/3 oz Home made Bitter Allspice*
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 tbs grated bitter chocolate (ideally Oaxacan chocolate)
Preparation
- Add all components to a shaker stuffed with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Pressure into a calming coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Jack-o-lantern formed orange peel and revel in!

- 5 oz Gracias a Dios Espadín Mezcal
- 3.5 oz Sugar
- 5-7 complete pcs Allspice
- 2 pcs Orange Peel
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Preparation
- Add all components to a container and let stand coated for twenty-four hours.
