Substances
- 2 oz Espanita Double Barrel Añejo Tequila
- 1/2 oz Liber Fig Syrup
- 3-4 dashes payment Brothers Outdated Long-established Fragrant Bitters
- 1 expressed orange peel
Preparation
- Construct the cocktail in a mixing glass with ice by combining Espanita Double Barrel Añejo, fig syrup and bitters.
- Stir with a bar spoon to relax.
- Pressure over a big ice dice in a rocks glass.
- Twist orange zest over the drink to launch fragrant oils and drop the expressed peel in a glass.
- Garnish with a slice of a fig and thyme sprig.
