DENVER, Colorado – Our Mutual Buddy Brewing Firm (OMF) has some thrilling new beers on the horizon, together with a couple of collaborations with their brewery buddies and the second iteration of Wave Movement, the brewery’s experimental IPA sequence.
Accessible Saturday, Feb. 11:
Liminal Actuality, a collaboration with Bierstadt Lagerhaus, is a 8.2% ABV Chilly IPA that’s hopped with Centennial, NZ-214, and Strata hops. Liminial means “occupying a place at, or on each side of, a boundary of threshold,” not in contrast to the endurance of Chilly IPAs within the beer universe. The 2 assistant brewers and greatest buddies from their respective breweries created the recipe; the beer can be out there on draft at each areas, in addition to in 16-ounce cans at OMF.
A beer brewed amongst kindred spirits, Minilith, is a collaboration brew with Obelisk Beer Co. out of Astoria, OR. “That is the primary crop yr for the experimental hop YQH-1320 so we needed to strive it for our experimental IPA sequence,” says OMF Co-Proprietor and Head Brewer Jan Chodkowski. “This hop was intriguing to me as a result of it was found as a wild hop, which is a hop plant that cross-pollinated within the wild so that you don’t know which hop crops it got here from. It has excessive citrus notes that I really like in an IPA.”
Wave Movement: Azure, the second beer popping out of OMF’s Wave Movement experimental IPA sequence, is a 6.5% ABV Juicy/Hazy IPA that’s brewed with Citra and YQH-1320 hops. This vivid beer is bursting with fruit taste together with citrus, stone fruit, pineapple, guava, white peach and orange zest. Do that beer side-by-side with Wave Movement: Terra Verta, which is the primary launch out of the IPA sequence that made its debut on Feb. 4. Each beers can be out there on draft and in 16-ounce cans.
Park the Bus, an 6.1% ABV Saison is a collaboration with Outer Vary Brewing that’s brewed with orange zest and ginger that isn’t overpowering. The beer can be out there on draft and in 16-ounce cans at each areas.
