We begin by tasting two new merchandise, Excessive Level Ruby Aperitif made in Cornwall and Savyll, a spread of ready-to-drink cocktails from London.

What we’re mixing:
LLB (Lemon, Lime & Bitters)
Components:
150ml lemonade/soda or lemon & lime soda
15ml freshly-squeezed lime juice
4-5 dashes Angostura fragrant bitters
Lime to garnish (non-obligatory)
Technique:
Pour lemonade and lime into an ice-filled Collins glass. Add 4-5 dashes of bitters and garnish with lime (non-obligatory). Serve with steel straw and stir bitters into the drink.
