Fresa Cremosa Agua Fresca

Serving dimension: 20 individuals
Components:
- 2 lb of recent strawberries
- 12 ouncescan evaporated milk
- 14 ouncescan condensed milk
- 6 cups entire milk
- 2 1/2 ouncesZuko Strawberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 6 quarts water
- 1 1/2 ouncesDon Julio Tequila Reposado
- Whipped cream, sprinkles and strawberry wafers (for garnish)
Preparation: Chop the pound of strawberries into small squares and put aside. Mix the evaporated milk with the condensed milk and blend the 2 kilos of strawberries with the water and the remainder of the substances. Embody the chopped strawberries within the blended batch. Retailer within the fridge for 2-3 hours. Add tequila earlier than serving. Put aside 1lb of recent strawberries for the garnish.
Garnish: whipped cream, sprinkles, and strawberry wafers.
Premier CRU Margarita

Components:
- 2 ounces100% blue agave tequila
- 3/4 ouncesfresh lime juice
- 3/4 ouncesagave easy syrup combine
- 1 muddled orange wedge
Preparation: Mix all substances (tequila, agave syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice), shake vigorously with ice for ten seconds and pour.
Elective: Muddle a slice of orange for further citrus.
Harissa Marissa

- 1 oz. Don Julio tequila
- 1/2 oz. Pierde Almas mezcal
- 1/2 ouncesCointreau
- 3/4 ounceslime juice
- 3/4 ouncesHarissa agave syrup
- jalapeno
- house-blended spices
Preparation: Mix all substances in a shaker tin with ice, shake and pressure right into a rocks glass with recent ice. Garnish with a jalapeno and blended spice on rim.
Mexico, Stirred

- ¾ oz. Arette reposado
- ¾ oz. Abasolo whiskey
- ½ oz. Ojo de Tigre mezcal
- ¼ ouncesAncho Reyes
- ¼ oz. Nixta corn liqueur
- ¼ oz. agave nectar
- 3 dashes chocolate mole bitters
Preparation: Mix all substances in shaker tin, add ice. Stir & pressure on 1 giant ice dice on a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist & grated darkish chocolate.
One thing Spicy (with Tequila)

- 1 oz. Milagro Blanco
- 1/2 oz. Ojo de Tigre mezcal
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. agave nectar
- 1 oz. mango puree
- 5 dashes chili tincture
Preparation: Mix all substances in a blender. Pour straight from the blender into glass and garnish with lime wheel and sprinkling of Tajin + small straw.

- 1/4 yuzu-shiso cordial
- 1/4 ouncesginger liqueur
- 3/4 ouncessyrup
- 4 dashes grapefruit bitters
Preparation: Mix all substances in a blender. Pour straight from the blender into glass and garnish with lime wheel and sprinkling of Tajin + small straw.
