GSN’s Remarks: Extra whiskey than apple on the nostril, with main notes of vanilla, oak and spice. The flavour is the place the apple kicks in, including an virtually juicy sweetness and baked pie character to the bourbon. The apple brandy cask rounds out the perimeters of the bourbon, remodeling it in a beautiful dessert-like spirit akin to an after dinner digestif.
