Substances:
45ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
30ml sugar syrup (2:1)
15ml freshly-squeezed lime juice
60ml chilled water
2 dashes Angostura fragrant bitters
Methodology:
Shake all substances over ice. Pressure right into a Collins glass stuffed with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange ‘sail’ (Luxardo or Maraschino cherry pierced via a slice of orange within the form of a sail).
