The rain showers within the first weeks of June ready the vines to deal with an extended, scorching summer season. The harvest began on September third with the perfect situations: sun-filled days and important day-night temperature fluctuations, which allowed us to reap wholesome grapes with excellent phenolics and a unprecedented fragrant stability.”
